PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
It is very important that you tell us at the time of booking about your disability and any special requirements. We have many complimentary services available for disabled passengers, but these usually require 48 hours notice.
Seat requests are taken for seats with lifting armrests, near the toilets, but they cannot always be guaranteed.
Passengers who are not self reliant i.e. unable to toilet, feed, medicate and / or lift themselves, and or communicate, must travel with an attendant who can fulfil these needs for the disabled passengers.
It is advisable for all passengers to take out travel insurance to deal with unforseen problems, includeing loss or damage to essential items, such as sheelchairs or hearing aids.
Cabin baggage should be of a comfortable carrying weight (not exceeding the 6kg limit) and should include any medication required for the journey.

WHEEL CHAIR
Provision of wheelchair at Indian Airports & Charges thereon.
a. Request for a wheelchair should be made & this request will be incorporated in the PNR (Passenger Name Record) at the time of effection the reservation.
b. A charge of Rs. 900-00 or equivalent will be levied per request. Request for wheelchairs for both arrival and departure of the same passenger, through Indian airports would meet a charge Rs. 1800-00.
c. In order not to violate civil rights of passengers with disabilities, for a barrier free environment, this charge may be waived on production of an appropriate medical certificate.
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS AND ENJOY A HEALTHY JOURNEY
Doctors orders if you suffer from any medical conditions, or on long term medication, talk to your doctor about your travel plans and discuss whether you need to take any special precautions when flying.
Check if you need anti-malarial advice and remember a full course of immunisation takes at least four weeks to complete.
Carry any regular medication in your hand luggage and ensure you have an adequate supply for the duration of your trip.
Take easy Rest, allow lots of time and there will be no need to rush. Avoid heavy meals. Dress in loose comfortable clothing and let a trolley take the weight of your luggage.
DURING THE FLIGHT
Go for the light bite Eat a light meal and drink water little and often is best. Go easy on coffee and tea.
Be a mover Try not to sit still for too long. When convenient get out of your seat and move around the cabin. Stand up and stretch your arms and legs every couple of hours and carry out the recommended exercises outlined inflight magazines.
Spoil yourself Indulge in some moisturiser to keep your skin feeling fresh.
Sleep it off Help your body cope beter when travelling to new time zones by taking every opportunity to sleep en route, every little nap will help. Inflight well being audio channel will help you rift off. Don't forget to remove contact lenses before you sleep.
